Seeking Justice, Chinese land in secret jails
China claims to have a petition system available to all citizens that allows them to voice complaints to the central government. Instead of being heard, citizens are being abducted, held in secret jails and then sent back home. What form of power is this? Is this disciplinary power, or a panopticon on a nation-wide scale?
